Destinations overview

Write once, publish to WordPress, Ghost or Notion with one click — no copy and paste.

A destination is a platform you publish to. Connect it once under the blog's Destinations page, and from then on every post can be sent there from the editor.

Connect a platform

  • Open the blog's Destinations page and pick WordPress, Ghost or Notion.
  • Fill in the credentials for that platform and hit Add destination — we test the connection immediately, so you find out then rather than on your first publish.
  • A green connected badge means it's ready. error shows exactly what failed.
  • Only the blog owner can add, edit or remove destinations.

Publish a post

  • Open any post in the editor. The Publish to panel sits at the top of the right sidebar.
  • Hit Publish next to a platform to send it there.
  • With more than one platform connected you also get Publish everywhere, which sends to all of them at once.
  • Once published you get a View → link straight to the live post on that platform.

Publishing again

Edit the post and hit Update — we patch the post that's already on the platform instead of creating a second one. We remember which remote post belongs to which of yours, so republishing is always safe.

Deleted the post on the other platform? Publishing again notices it's gone and creates a fresh one rather than failing.

When something fails

  • Each destination succeeds or fails on its own — one broken platform never blocks the others.
  • The failing platform shows a failed badge with the reason underneath; the rest still go out.
  • Fix the problem and hit publish again. Nothing is lost.

How your credentials are stored

  • Passwords, API keys and tokens are encrypted before they're saved and are never sent back to your browser.
  • Once saved, a secret shows only as dots. Leave the field blank when editing to keep the stored value.
  • Removing a destination deletes the credentials. Posts already published stay live on that platform.
