These terms govern your use of blogcms (“the Service”), a hosted blogging platform operated by blogcms.io. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you are using blogcms on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind that company to these terms.
You need an account to publish. Keep your login credentials secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, and the information you give us must be accurate.
You may invite team members to a blog you own. You remain responsible for what your team publishes.
You own everything you write. We claim no ownership of your posts, images, or subscriber lists. You grant us only the licence we need to operate the Service: to store your content, render it into pages, and serve those pages to your readers on your chosen domain.
You can export your content at any time through the dashboard or the API, and you keep it if you leave.
The Service can research, draft, and illustrate posts using third-party AI models. Content produced this way is provided as a starting point:
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or remove blogs that break these rules. Where reasonable we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
You are responsible for the domains you connect and for their DNS. We issue and renew certificates for connected domains, but we cannot guarantee availability of third-party DNS, registrars, or the site you proxy from when using subfolder hosting.
We work hard to keep blogcms fast and online, and published blogs are served as static pages precisely so they stay up. Even so, the Service is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance and will avoid disruptive windows where we can.
To the extent the law allows, blogcms is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You may delete your blogs and account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, or that go unpaid. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any prepaid, unused period.
After deletion we remove your content from active systems; residual copies may persist briefly in backups.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard before they take effect. Continuing to use blogcms after that means you accept the updated terms.
